FootyHub is heading to the App Store and Google Play. Until it is live, email the address above and you will be added to the early-access list for the test build — say which of iOS or Android you are on.

No. Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect Four, Daily Challenge, Career Path and pass-and-play Last Card FC all work with no sign-in, and your XP is saved on your device. You only need an account for online matches, tournaments and the weekly leaderboard.

A guest account works everywhere a normal account does, but it is tied to that install. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the guest account and its XP cannot be recovered — there is no email to restore it with. Guests start out called "Guest" and get one free rename. Sign up with an email if you care about keeping your rank.

XP is merged on sign-in and whichever total is higher wins, so signing in should never lower your lifetime XP. If it did, email support with your display name and roughly when it happened.

Note that the weekly total is meant to reset — see below.

The leaderboard is weekly by design. It clears every Monday so that someone joining today can still finish top of the table this week. Your lifetime XP and rank are never reset by this.

Open your profile from the bottom navigation bar. Registered accounts can rename freely; guest accounts get exactly one rename, so pick carefully.

Answers are validated against a database of 8,467 players and their senior club careers. Name matching ignores accents and recognises common nicknames, but the dataset can still be missing a spell, a loan or a short stint. Email the exact player, the two clubs and the game mode and the dataset will be corrected.

Email realfootyhub@gmail.com from the address on the account, or include your display name if you are a guest. The account, its profile document and its leaderboard entries will be deleted. Deletion is permanent — your XP and rank go with it.

To wipe only the data on your phone, uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings. On iOS, deleting the app removes it.

Online games are held in a shared room record, so returning to the app usually drops you back into the game in progress. If the room is genuinely dead, leave it and create a new one — an abandoned match does not count against your record.

Yes. FootyHub is free and has no in-app purchases. The app does not use analytics or tracking — see the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not collected.
